Russell Miller AM is the head of Minter Ellison's Australasian Competition Group. He is the author of Annotated Trade Practices Act (Thomson, 31st ed, 2010) and Australian Competition Policy Law and Practice (Thomson, 2000). He is a senior fellow in the Melbourne University Law School, co-teaching Economics for Competition Lawyers to masters students.
