To be launched by Justice Roger Giles of the NSW Court of Appeal, the book provides practical insights into contract formation including aspects of planning and drafting letters of intent, heads of agreement and similar pre-contractual documents and incorporates a discussion of cases from jurisdictions where these cases inform the development and principles in English law.
