Simone is the Co-Director of the Prviate Law Research & Policy Group Faculty of Law at the University of NSW. Prior to taking up this post she held the City Solicitors' Education Trust Lectureship in the Law of Restittution at the University of Nottingham. She has written 'Restitutionary Rights to Share in Damages' (Cambridge, 2003) and edited (with Dr James Edelman) 'Equity in Commercial Law' (Thomson, 2005). She has published articles and chapters on restitution, equity and trusts, commercial law, tort and contract.
